LATAA School 2011-2012 – Message from the Principal
Dear Turkish-American community members,
We are proudly going to open our Los Angeles Turkish 2011-2012 school semester. Our main goal is to preserve and promote Turkish culture and language. We will work for this opportunity to spend time and grow together with other Turkish-American children. Our school will be open this Saturday at 9.30 at Roosevelt Elementary school at Santa Monica, Bungalow number 41. This Fall semester will be from September through December. Spring semester will be from February through end of May. Our curriculum will be using appropriate materials according to the recommendations of our Teachers and parents. We are very pleased and overwhelmed for your request about our Turkish language classes for adults for those who want to learn Turkish, but unfortunately due to our short budget of time there will be no Adult language Turkish class during our first day. We will work on that until our next school day in two weeks.
Sincerely,
Ayşegül Diri
Principal, LATAA School
