Born in Istanbul on December 28, 1976, married with no children, Mr.Duygun graduated from Yildiz Technical University with a BS degree in Industrial Engineering. In 1998, he decided to pursue his educational goals by attending the MBA program at California State University, Chico, concentrating his MBA with MIS.

He started his career in Information Technology by working at Arcplan Inc as a consultant. After two years of consulting as a Sr Software Consultant, Mr Duygun was hired by one of his clients, Health Net Inc. He has been working at Health Net for little over 3 years now as a Sr Systems Analyst concentrating on management reporting systems.
